PRESIDENT’S SPRING RAMBLINGS

In my January blast, I was looking out the window at the most recent snow storm and wishing for spring.  Today, I went for a long bike ride and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather.  The flowers are emerging and the robins abound.We had a very late start to winter this year and an early spring.  As a result there were few ice-fishermen this year.  For years we have been blaming the ice-fishing for the garbage found in the spring.
